Central location was a plus. The room I got was spotless with the bedroom, fan, as for instance. The hotel staff were ready to help.

The room was spotless with the bedroom, fan, as example and safety measures included smoke detectors. The location of the hotel was pleasant, in the area bar the YMCA. Plus, it was very close to centre of Chard high street, a nearby pub and the center.

The staff were friendly, like stayin' with old pals. The breakfast in the morning was a feast, it filled me up and fueled me for the day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but not totally outrageous either.

The food was average but fresh, while the shared bathroom was poorly maintained. The bar noise made relaxing difficult, yet it was a budget stay with fair service.

A Wonderful Escape with Really good Service
The owner was nice. We loved the generous English breakfast and the cozy bar with diverse menu options. Enjoyed relaxing in a spacious room that overlooked the vibrant location. For a peaceful stay, choose a room away from the street side.
